Return Policy

Returns

We want you to be completely obsessed with your purchase. If you don't love it, send it back, it's that easy. We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise in sellable condition for an EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT ONLY within 14 days of purchase. Lashes & Seams does not offer refunds. Store 

Please allow 3 to 5 business days to process the return once it’s received. You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued.

Return Requirements

Clothing must be free of make up, perfume, deodorant, animal hair, and any other marks or stains. Returns must be sent back to L & S within 14 days of your item(s) delivery date.  Please ensure your package will arrive in time. If we do not receive your return within 14 days after it was delivered, it will not be accepted for store credit or exchange.

Refunds 
We do not offer refunds. However, we do offer exchanges or store credit with in 14 days of purchase.

Store Credit

We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise in sellable condition for an EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT ONLY within 14 days of purchase.

Please allow 2 to 4 business days to process the Store Credit or Exchange once it’s received. You will be notified via email once the Store Credit has been issued.

Exchanges 
We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise in sellable condition for an EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT ONLY within 14 days of purchase. Lashes & Seams does not offer refunds. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders@lashesandseams.com 

Shipping

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping cost to return your item(s) back to L & S. L & S does not pay for return shipping or handling costs (unless the item(s) arrived damaged or we made an error on our end). Please send your return(s) back with a tracking number. We cannot stress that enough. We are not responsible for any return packages lost in transit. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
